Pricing

No public price list. Grant management software pricing comes out of how your foundation actually runs grants.

Grantis is not a self-serve product. There is no public signup, no trial, and no way to put a credit card in and start a workspace. Every foundation on Grantis is set up deliberately, and the work of setting one up depends on what that foundation is doing.

A published table would have to guess at that. A foundation running one invitation-only program a year and a foundation running rolling programs with an outside review panel are not the same engagement. So we quote after a conversation.

Five questions cover most of the work

If you already know the answers, the first note you send us can carry them.

How many programs do you run?

One annual program and a dozen rolling ones are different amounts of setup, different review calendars, and different reporting. A published row cannot hold both.

How many applicants do you invite per cycle?

Invitation volume drives how much of the work is review and how much is coordination. That is the stall an open-call product prices as applications. We price the work you actually do.

Who reviews, and how many of them?

Staff-only review and a rotating outside review panel put different demands on assignment and scoring. Those are different holds.

What do you owe your board and your funders?

The packet you have to produce shapes what has to be captured earlier in the cycle. Reporting is not an add-on. It is why the file has to be complete.

What has to connect to what you already run?

Accounting, CRM, and email connections vary by foundation, and so does the work of setting them up so the grant is not rekeyed.

Frequently asked questions

There is no public price list. A short conversation about programs, invitation volume, reviewers, reporting, and connections is enough to quote, because those are the things that change the work.
No. Grantis is not a self-serve product. Every foundation is set up deliberately. If the year you run is not a fit, we will say so rather than sell you a workspace you do not want.
A table would guess at your year. One invitation-only program a year and rolling programs with an outside review panel are not the same engagement. Pricing them off the same row helps neither of them.
